This & That: Monday Shopping
Anthropologie is one of those stores that I can get lost in. I can spend hours browsing the beautiful clothes and accessories and putting them together to create the perfect outfit. This weekend, I stumbled upon the Judith Collar Coat. I adore the cozy collar and the "ivory" color is just right for fall. Pair this statement coat with a floral dress that's fitting for fall and the result is flawless.

Looks from Lollapalooza
Last weekend was the annual Lollapalooza music festival in Chicago, IL. Though there was a rain delay on Saturday, the gloomy weather didn’t dampen spirits or the fashion. Here are a few of my favorite looks!

Get the Look: Chambray Shirt Dress
Sincerely Jules is one of my favorite fashion bloggers. Her looks are always unique, on trend and very well styled. When I saw this photo of her donning a chambray shirtdress, I wanted to recreate the outfit. Shirt-dresses are simple, stylish and always look put together. Chambray was also a huge trend this summer. As we begin the transition to fall, this is the perfect time to scoop up your favorite style (hopefully on sale!).
Get the Look: Anthropologie Fremont Shirtdress; Brown Leather Tote; Elizabeth and James Sibil Platform Sandals; Madewell Doubleback Belt; Wool Felt Cloche Hat; Tory Burch Collage Print Scarf
Here are a few other chambray shirtdress styles I'm loving!

The Thing for Spring
1. Peplum
This playful adornment at the waist adds shape and style to any outfit!
2. Prints
I'm loving the mixing of prints this spring; mixing patterns and texture is chic and on trend. I love mixing florals, polka dots or even tribal prints for a modern look.
3. Pastels
There is nothing better than pretty pastels for spring. These delicate hues make us all yearn for sunshine and April blooms.
4. Pops of Color
Whether you are adding brights to a neutral ensemble or wearing color from head to toe....embracing color for spring is a must!

Spring Trend: The Little Pink Dress
Instead of the classic Little Black Dress, try brightening up your look for spring with a Little Pink Dress! I love this bright, feminine hue. How cute is Miranda Kerr below? Spring cannot come soon enough... Be sure to check out these cheery pink dresses from Alice & Olivia, Nanette Lepore and Asos!

Ombre Obsessed.
Ombre is a french term that means shaded or shading. Quite simply, it is a graduation of color from dark to light or vice versa. I am loving this trend which has transcended across the fashion and beauty industries. Check out the looks below for ideas on how to chicly shade the colors in your own wardrobe!

Ombre is a popular trend for your tresses as well! This style is especially gorgeous on burnettes, like the lovely ladies below!

Black Dress. Bright Jewelry.
Currently Craving: Patterned Tights
If you are like me, you probably have plenty of skirts and dresses in your closet. This winter, the easiest way to update your look without breaking the bank is adding some pattern…with your tights! You can add color and texture while wearing your clothes in a new way. Some of my favorite trends right now are polka dots, lace, herringbone and cable knit patterns. A pair of these chic tights will keep you warm and stylish for the cool winter months!
