Come Monday.

Well Monday is here again...just a little inspiration to kick off your week! Lately I've been fully grasping the importance of doing what you love. In June I quit my job with an advertising agency and started classes at SCAD to move in a more creative direction. After all, if you do what you love it will never feel like work!

I was thrilled that Elle Decor did a feature on Reese Witherspoon's California home. It is a beautiful space designed by Kristen Buckingham. I love the combination of vintage and modern pieces. It's no surprise that Reese has a chic and stylish home. Enjoy!

Currently Coveting: Loeffler Randall Handbags

Last Thursday, Loeffler Randall (the brand infamous for their fabulous shoe collections) launched their first handbag line. The collection has six bags; each with sleek lines, detailed hardware and timeless hues. The bags are beautifully constructed and are bound to be pieces you’ll incorporate into your wardrobe for years to come.

I am completely smitten with the Rider bag, particularly in natural with black studs. This structural, briefcase-like bag is small enough to tote anywhere, yet large enough to hold all of the essentials. These are definitely on my must-have list for fall!

Life Lately

I am sad to admit that I've fallen out of the blog world lately. With wedding planning and starting classes at SCAD, it's been hard to keep up! The summer has flown by (Can you believe tomorrow is the first day of August?!) , but I'm excited to get back into my regular blogging routine!

I started taking classes at SCAD! After much thought, I've decided to pursue a second bachelors degree in Graphic Design. I needed a career that is more creative.

Color Crush: Orange & Pale Blue

I saw this photograph of Emma Stone in the July issue of Vogue and fell in love with the orange and pale blue color combination. These two hues make any outfit or room feel chic and bright.
