Currently Craving: Patterned Tights

If you are like me, you probably have plenty of skirts and dresses in your closet. This winter, the easiest way to update your look without breaking the bank is adding some pattern…with your tights! You can add color and texture while wearing your clothes in a new way. Some of my favorite trends right now are polka dots, lace, herringbone and cable knit patterns. A pair of these chic tights will keep you warm and stylish for the cool winter months!

The Sculptor of Flowers

My favorite keepsakes are always from my travels or mementos that others kindly bring me from getaways of their own! My parents recently returned from Hawaii and gave me this beautiful tea light candle by Emilio Robba, also known as “The Sculptor of Flowers.” The flawless orchid is standing in clear water made of translucent resin. Emilio Robba was one of the first artists to introduce orchids to France and organized the first orchid exhibition in Paris in 1979. Robba also made orchids available to wider audiences by recreating them in his “Flower of Illusion” collection, where the flowers look as pristine and fragile as they do in nature.
